Rotational Female Sous Chef wanted - Med based 75m+ private MY

Great rotational role for an experienced female crew/sous chef who wants to step up to more guest focussed role and take on more responsibility

Start end of June, busy summer season ahead!

Need a culinary trained chef with fine dining restaurant experience prior to yachts

Working in 3 chef galley sous will manage galley day to day, deal wth admin and help supervise and mentor the crew chef

Sous chef will actively support head chef and work on guest food
