Rotational Sous Chef wanted 70-80m Private/Charter yacht dual season

Great opportunity for a culinary trained chef who has 2 rosette and above level experience on land prior to yachts
Sous chef role on rotation 2:2 and busy private and charter use in Med and Caribbean
Am looking for chef with solid pastry/baking skills so that they can assist head chef with guest food and of course take care of mouthwatering, varied crew food for an active crew
Start date is mid May in Med, chef will undertake a 1 day trial onboard to meet crew and head chef and cook
