Temp Sole Crew Chef - 1 mth contract for February

Great temp gig for 1 month cooking for 20 crew covering chef vacation.

Am looking for a chef who has prior experience of managing the galley, creating healthy, mouthwatering menus, dealing with provisioning and able to work on own in galley.

Must be culinary trained and have at least 1 full year in yachting ideally working on 50m+ yachts 

Role would suit an experienced chef who can start from day one with little supervision and no dramas!

Flexibility around exact dates needed
